It seems like it’s never too early to start enjoying the many wonderful flavours of grilled food. Synonymous with summer, backyard barbecuing has become one of our national past-times, and it’s no surprise when you consider the many benefits of this outdoor form of cooking.

Meals are ready in virtually no time flat, your house stays cool, clean up is a breeze, and the food couldn’t taste better. If you are moving into a brand new home, or if you are planning to update your outdoor cooking accessories, you should consider having your barbecue hooked up directly to your home gas line. By eliminating the need to keep replacing those heavy canisters, you will be assured that you will never run out of fuel at an inopportune time. Outdoor cooking will become even more convenient and allowing for that much more spontaneity.

If you need a new barbecue as well, when you’re moving house is the ideal time to invest in a deluxe new model. Consider the location (how much room you’ve got to work with) as well as the amount of grilling space you are going to need to ensure you get the right barbecue for your needs. I personally think that bigger is better, especially when you start experimenting and find out that everything really does taste better grilled! From savory to sweet – pineapple slices to pork chops, the fresh fruits and veggies of summer team up beautifully with anything you can throw at your grill. Getting the grill of your dreams is a reality you will enjoy for many meals to come.

Bon Appetit!
